We are thrilled to offer our first manifestation workshop -

Manifest You - a safe space where you can form new friendships, be inspired to create new goals, uplift each other, envision your future self and activate vour feminine energy to allow abundance into your lives.

This workshop is for those who are keen to break through limiting beliefs, learn manifesting techniques, plan out their goals for 2025 and to manifest the best versions of themselves.

The day has been thoughtfully curated into the following activities:

• 1 hour Art Therapy session by Janani Peiris with a series of breath work, visualisation practices and art therapies to identify and work through limiting beliefs

• 1.5 hour vision board session facilitated by our hosts Swarnaa Rajalingam and Nadhisha Perera where we will provide materials, guidance and good vibes to kick start your vision boards
